Cancellation & Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

At Entice Software, we are committed to delivering high-quality web design, web development, SEO, digital marketing, and software development services. As our services involve customized work, time, expertise, and resource allocation, all payments made are subject to the following No Refund Policy.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to Entice Software for services, including but not limited to website design, website development, eCommerce development, SEO, digital marketing, software development, maintenance, hosting setup, and consultation services, are non-refundable.

Once a project has been confirmed and work has commenced, no refunds, either partial or full, will be issued.

SEO:- No Payment will be refunded for the work done for SEO for the client website.

No Payment will be refunded when the website work is done directly on the client's server or when Half/partial payment is made but website work is fully done by our side even on our server.

2. Advance Payments

Any advance, booking amount, or project deposit paid to reserve our development resources is non-refundable. This payment secures project scheduling and resource allocation.

3. Client Delays or Cancellation

If the client: Cancels the project after work has begun, Fails to provide required content, approvals, or feedback, Becomes unresponsive for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold or closed, and no refund will be provided for payments already made.

4. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued due to: Change of business plans Change of preferences or design choices after approval Choosing another service provider Budget constraints arising after project commencement

5. Third-Party Services

Payments made towards third-party services, including but not limited to domain registration, web hosting, SSL certificates, premium themes, plugins, APIs, advertising spend, or software licenses, are non-refundable and are subject to the respective third-party provider's policies.

6. Project Completion

Once a project has been delivered or approved, no refund requests will be accepted. We will provide reasonable revisions as agreed in the project scope to ensure the deliverables align with the approved requirements.

Modification

Entice Software reserves the right to modify any provisions of the cancellation or refund policy without any notice.
